Quiet hours begin at 10 PM.

Pet Rules

We are a pet friendly park, year round! Pets must remain on leash at all times. We have a large space in the back of our campground for any guests with pets. Pets are not allowed at the front of the park. Please be aware that coyotes are in the area and to watch pets closely, especially after dark.

Thank you for the review. I hope to serve others off the road that need a night or a few days of rest. Our clubhouse is busy and open to renters and we are near shopping and venders. Established campground with great people that are friendly! Come and see us if you are in the area. Terry Manager

Great place to stay, great club house. Pool table, lots of books, puzzles and games. Showers in both the women's and men's bathrooms. Washer and dryer, full kitchen. Not packed in like sardines and you have full hook up plus an 8x20 cement pad and palm trees

We were at the park overnight and had a level pull through site with easy hook ups, which was great after 5 days of boondocking. Check-in was a breeze. The only disappointment was the bathroom: the showers were meant for short people; for people 6’ and 6’4” it was uncomfortable. If in the area, we’d stay again.

Great campground - EXTREMELY clean and spacious single private bathrooms (like being at home) The manager Talisa was very nice and very welcoming - HIGHLY recommend this RV park right downtown Quartzsite - everything is in walking distance very reasonable daily and weekly rates will definitely return next year

This is a fantastic place to stay! The spaces are very wide You are not on top of your neighbor which we loved. It’s is extremely clean and the club house is huge! The gal in the front office is a hoot. She is so very nice The only issue we had when we were leaving was the hill to leave scrapped the bottom of our travel trailer and broke the pipe to the clean water

Tlisa gave us a great pull though site and all hook ups were perfect! It is a very friendly and quiet 55+ park and all the residents that we met were very neighborly. It is a great location off the main roads and we felt very secure and welcomed. We will book here again, for sure!

Very clean and quiet park. Everyone in the park is very nice and polite. We enjoyed ourselves very much. This was our first time visiting Quartzsite and we’ll definitely be back.

A very nice little park in Quartzsite. The pads are level gravel with concrete patios and the road is paved. One of the few parks we saw with trees. We have Verizon and received a very good signal, mostly 5G. It's only 2 blocks from the main street and another block across the Interstate to the Big Tent and Tyson Wells swap meet area. Many spots are filled with park models and other spots by repeat guess with yearly reservations. We were very lucky that a spot opened up at the last minute. The people we met were very friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for a couple of months and were pleased with the facilities and the staff. We parked in the back area where dogs are allowed to be outside on leash. The laundry facilities were very clean. We will return.

My family had a very lovely time here. The staff was very kind, affable, and accommodating. There were a plethora of sites to choose from that were not only spacious but would fit any size rig or campers style. There were a ton of great amenities that took care of all of our needs. There a lot of great activities that was not only fun but very relaxing for all of us. The location was beautiful as there were so many beautiful views from all over the park and in the surrounding areas. Also there were a lot of great places to visit that was only a short drive away.
