My rating is ZERO. This place is awful. Just pass it on by and go some where else.

If I could rate this place at a zero I would. Dirty, run down, looked like a camp for the homeless. Pass this place by and drive further down the road to a better place. I would NOT recommend this "trailer lot" to anyone.

This can not be called a "resort" by any stretch. It was just an RV parking lot. The bathroom (as well as the whole lot) was run down and in serious need of an upgrade and maintenance improvements. No picnic tables, no fire rings, no camp store were available anywhere. The sink in the "unisex" bathroom had a large rusted out hole where the overflow drain should be. The whole bathroom was unfinished and the grounds were unkept. The poorly placed in ground sprinklers came on and shot water right into our camper as well as the camper next to me. The spaces are very small with no privacy between campers at all. If I could rate this camping lot a zero I would. I will definitely NOT return. I advise others to do the same. Just drive a little way further down the road to some much nicer camping areas.

Dirty and run down. Tiny sites, not big enough for camper and vehicle. No tables, poor customer service. Other much better places in town

Dirty, run down, sites are so small you can't park vehicle in your site. No tables. Crowded.

We were there for a one night stop. Roomy site. Laundry was close and convenient. Internet was fast. We would stay there again.

We spent one night on our way to North Cascades. The camp office manager was not present and would not answer the phone. All of the bathrooms and showers were out of order, however we saw a gentleman with a key enter and take a shower. All in all we were self sufficient but businesses should not be allowed to advertise that they provide bathrooms and hot showers when they don't.

I’ve been trying to cancel my reservation, May 2023. Email doesn’t doesn’t and the phone was always full so couldn’t leave a message. I keep trying and one day I was able to leave a voicemail. No reply to my voicemail.

We reserved a pull through site at what we thought was an RV park, but was actually a trailer park. The full time resident next to us was very nice, but the way the sites were set up, the pulled through site next to us had to pull in the opposite way of us, so that our doors were facing each other! Not what I want when I go camping!! It was also right off of a busy road, in town. Which is worrisome with a special needs son and a dog. When the permanent resident watered his little grass area, we had no water pressure. There was a local laundry mat and shower, which would have been nice if we had needed it. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the couple that reserved that other pull through site were awesome, and we are now friends!

A RV park with permanent residents and a few overnighter spaces. Right next to a major road. Not a campground setting. Good place to park. Space was level. Close to dam so it was easy access to watch the laser show across the front of the dam during the appropriate season. All in all an okay experience.

This is NOT a campground! This is a laundry mat that has full hook up in their parking lot for low income residence! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!

This was a fiasco. It is not an RV Park is an old beat up trailer park. Look like a homeless encampment. We arrived to find the place in the worst condition ever. Did not feel safe. In the other hand I contacted the phone number on my reservation and the gentleman was most understanding and agree to reimburse the payments.

Looked like a trailer park. Campers had makeshift foundations with cardboard and duct tape. No space between sites. We ended up finding another campground to stay at.

Office was not open when we arrived before 4 PM on July 14. Voicemail was full. We received a call back shortly thereafter directing us to go to campsite number 25 originally assigned which was already taken. We called back and received another campsite. The next morning as we were leaving, someone approached us from the office (new management) asking if we had paid. My credit card was charged previously on June 9 for the night. Seems to be a lack of communication with the transition.

Filthy bathrooms when I arrived, spaces are very close and poorly numbered, host away when I arrived so had to figure it out, then someone came to help. By morning bathrooms cleaned up nice. Only laundromat in town and use by anyone. I was afraid to leave my camper in the evening. Never saw the host.
