The Kaibab National Forest Campground is located in the beautiful and cozy town of Williams and is a perfect spot for an authentic Arizona vacation. Campers can look forward to fair weather and cool temperatures at an elevation of over 6,800 feet and activities on the lake like fishing, boating, swimming, canoeing and kayaking. After a long morning fishing, many travelers head out to the popular Bearizona Wildlife Park. Many thrill-seekers head out to the Historic Route 66 Zipline adventure or go hiking at the Great Western Trail and Bill Williams Mountain. For the winter-enthusiasts, the Elk Ridge Ski Area is a great spot for sledding, snowshoeing and skiing, or just laying on top of one of the peaks for some stellar stargazing.
