The Junction West RV Park is located near Grand Junction, Colorado, halfway between Salt Lake City and Denver, and is a popular spot for campers across the west. Campers can enjoy a playground, a convenience store, picnic tables, fire circles, and grills and is located near to activities such as hiking, biking, whitewater rafting, cross-country skiing, and fishing. The campground is also close to a number of great attractions such as the Colorado National Monument, Grand Mesa, festivals like Downtown Art & Jazz Festival and Country Jam, and over 17 Colorado wineries. High ratings with Good Sam (Top 100 Parks in the US) Nice, clean, well maintained park with dirt pull thru sites. Sites are wide with FHU's (30/50 amp) & w/s. Picnic tables at your site. Super clean restrooms and laundry. Playground and water pad for the kids. Propane and convenience store on-site. Reasonable rates. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group

This is a very good park, although not a resort. It was just off I-70, in an industrial part of Grand Junction, but not far from all the restaurants and stores and very convenient for visiting the Colorado National Monument. The sites are plenty long enough for our 36 foot rig with our truck parked to the side in the wide site. All sites are gravel, and there is a picnic table at each site. There is a playground for kids and a small splash pad too. There are some trees, but the sites are not shady (it is in the desert after all) – just more as a separation between site; the pull thru sites also have split rail fencing between each wide site too. There were two small dog parks on site, the WiFi is fair (very slow when the park was full but worked great in the laundry room), very clean laundry ($1.50 for wash, and 25 cents per ten min for dryer), and very clean rest rooms and showers. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful. We had a 50 amp site with full hook-ups and cable (not all sites have cable and there are some back in sites). The only issue we had was that when our row was full, the voltage on the electricity was not as strong as it should have been and that concerned us, but to be fair, it was in the high 90s each day we were there, and everyone was running A/C full force. The weather cooled way down in the evenings and then the voltage was fine. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
