Nestled in the heart of Copperas Cove, Texas, we are right near Fort Cavazos and just a short drive from Austin. Our resort spans 17.3 acres of picturesque landscape; ideal for families, solo travelers, and groups.

The property is fully equipped with 69 full hookup sites, an in-ground pool, game room, fitness center, free wifi and a community garden with fresh veggies and hen eggs.

Rules

RV REQUIREMENTS

All RVs must be fully operational, well-kept, and in good condition. RVs 10 years or older must be approved by park management.

WI-FI AVAILABILITY

Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the park for all guests.

ALCOHOL, SMOKING, DRUGS, AND FIREARMS

No smoking in park buildings. Dispose of smoking materials properly. No discharge of firearms or fireworks. Compliance with all state and federal laws regarding weapons is required. No alcohol is permitted in common areas, and no criminal or drug-related activity is tolerated on park property.

PETS

Pets must be registered at the office and kept on a leash. Pick up and properly dispose of pet waste. Noisy pets and farm animals are not allowed. No pet bathing is permitted in park facilities.

CHILDREN AND VISITORS

All visitors must check in at the office. You are responsible for the safety and conduct of your children and visiting guests. Children under 14 must have adult supervision in common areas. Skateboards and in-line skates are not permitted.

MOTORIZED VEHICLES

Motorized scooters, ATVs, minibikes, or any unlicensed motorized vehicles are prohibited on park property.

VEHICLE AND PARKING RULES

Maintain a 10 MPH speed limit. Park in your assigned site only. No street or grass parking. No vehicle or RV repairs are allowed on park property. All guests must have a valid driver’s license to operate any motorized vehicle on park property.

SOLICITATION AND SALES

No solicitation or sales signs for products or services are allowed within the park.

CAMPFIRES AND GROUND COVER

No open campfires are allowed. Mats, rugs, etc., are not allowed on the grass.

TENT CAMPING

Tent camping is not allowed unless pre-approved by park management.

PERMANENT STRUCTURES

No permanent structures are allowed without prior approval, including sheds, clotheslines, freezers, fencing, decks, dog kennels, pens, or dog runs.

TRASH DISPOSAL

No curbside trash pickup. Use the trash dumpster near the office for bagged household trash only. No oversized objects allowed.

SITE MAINTENANCE

Keep your site clean. Showers, restrooms, and laundromat must be cleaned after use. No running water unnecessarily, above-ground pools, or vehicle washing are permitted.

QUIET HOURS

Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am. Be respectful of others by avoiding excessive noise and generator use during these times.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENTS

Registration and payments are due immediately upon arrival. No exceptions. Check-in is allowed until 10:00pm. Late arrivals must check in at the office by 10:00am the next morning.
