Drugs & Alcohol

Alcoholic beverages are permitted on the property when enjoyed responsibly. Please properly dispose of all cans, bottles, and bottle caps so we can maintain a clean park. The possession, sale, or manufacturing of illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia is prohibited within Jones Creek RV Park and will result in immediate removal without a refund.

Safety

We encourage guests to carry liability and comprehensive insurance and maintain their vehicle registration during their stay. This keeps everyone safe should the worst happen. Jones Creek RV Park property owners are not responsible for any losses or damage to guest property caused by nature or any act of God, including floods, rains, tornadoes, hail, wind, fire, etc. Please keep an eye on the kiddos and inform your visitors of park rules. Registered guests are responsible for the conduct of their children, pets, and visitors, and are financially responsible for any damages incurred by them. Please do not openly display firearms in the park. No hunting, trapping, or discharge of firearms are allowed at the park. Please no bonfires – We allow campfires only in designated areas. Cooking units and grills are permitted in accordance with local fire code and burn ban ordinances. Be nice! We’re all friends here. Harassment of other guests, visitors, or management, disturbances of the peace and quiet, and/or willful or careless destruction of the Jones Creek RV Park property will not be tolerated.

Rate Plans and Payments

We accept cash, check, or credit card (+3.5% processing fee). We also accept bank transfers, however, there is an additional processing fee. Please reach out to management for any questions. Monthly guest rental payments are due on the first of each month. If we have not received payment by the close of the third day of the month, we charge a late payment in the amount of twenty dollars ($20.00) per day until payment has been paid in full. Monthly rate plans do not include electricity and will be billed at $0.15/kwh. Additionally, a $100 deposit is required when booking monthly. Jones Creek RV Park is a service-oriented business; therefore, we do not have a tenant/landlord relationship with our guests. We offer no lease contracts, and prices are subject to change at any time and without notice. This is an “at will” lease agreement.

Utilities & Amenities

Water, trash, sewer, and wireless internet are included with your rental. Additionally, laundry facilities are provided. (Please clean up after yourself in consideration of other guests.) Electricity is included with daily and weekly rentals. For monthly rentals, there is an additional charge for electricity at $0.15/kwh. All sewer and water connections must be tight and not leak or drip to ensure the safety of all our guests. Please repair all water and sewer leaks immediately.

Quiet hours

Quiet hours are from 9 pm – 8 am. During quiet hours, please refrain from playing loud music, idling of vehicles, running generators or outboard motors so we can continue to provide a peaceful park experience for all guests. We also ask guests to please be considerate of shift workers who may be sleeping during off-hours.

Pet Policy

We are pet friendly! Please disclose any pets who will be guests for us at the time of booking. (We do not permit aggressive or dangerous breeds in order to ensure the safety of all our guests.) All pets must be vaccinated and up-to-date on rabies shots in accordance with Jones Creek city ordinance. All pets must stay in your designated area unless accompanied by you. For the safety of your pets and our other guests, we ask that you leash your pets. Please clean up after your pets and dispose of pet waste properly.

Parking & Site Care

Please park your vehicles in your designated rental area, ensuring your vehicle does not overflow into park drive. Parking in empty RV spaces is not permitted. Please do not park on the grass. We’d love you to get comfy! Though, please get management approval prior to installation of any landscaping, fences, steps, etc. Please keep your RV site neat, clean, and tidy during your stay. Jones Creek RV provides dumpsters and trash removal and we ask that you pick up after yourself.
