The place does not do ANY trail maintenance whatsoever. Trails are extremely rough but the worst part about it, trails are rutted out severely. The RV camping spots are plenty big and top marks for setting the power pole close to the entrance part of the RV site so that you can pull in as opposed to backing in with a trailer. BUT, that’s easily overshadowed by the no sewer hookups on the sites as well as the water smelling like a combination of iron and horseshit. My group and I will probably come back to this place but it is without a doubt on the bottom of our list.

We stayed in the VIP section and we had low water pressure and 80% of the time we didn’t have any water pressure. The guest across from us were really loud up until 12 midnight.

Stayed this past weekend during Labor Day weekend and had an absolute blast! Being from Florida we don’t get the opportunity to ride this kind of terrain or see these kind of hill climbs. Can’t wait to go back in a few months!!

Says full hook ups and it is only power and water. The water pressure is not even usable so you have to fill your tank and run your pump. Also the water kept turning off all together. I recommend keeping your fresh tank full. Not the best setup but it works. Other then that it was a fun time!

This is the best park anywhere. The owners are great folks and the property is the best around. I really enjoy it every time we go.

Trails were fun and challenging. We had a side by side. But, quite a bit trails need maintained, filled, graveled, something. The ruts were so deep. The path across the pond at the cabins site needs maintained, fill in the holes. Cabins are awful. I'm not sure what the cleaning fee you have to pay, goes towards.? Floors have never been swept or cleaned it looked like. Always wear your flip flops. Since you have to use a bathhouse, the showers are not female friendly. Need a bench to put your bath items off the wet floor. The camp site needs monitored at night to make sure rules are followed for those who need to sleep so they can get up early and ride during daylight hours.... quiet hours are 12 midnight (not 3 am) to 6:30 am. The staff at the office were super nice and helpful!
