Very quiet (because hardly anyone there), but in need of a lot of TLC. Lots could have used a good mowing. Toilets were barely clean, no brush to help. Paying Showers very awkward to use, pay-by-credit VERY EXPENSIVE. Would not go back there. Only saving grace: the manager Tim was extremely helpful!

Not safe for pets or children. There is no water, no dump station! There is a lot of garbage and trash. Never met the camp host. We were supposed to have a dog sitter and they canceled on us when we complained that there is no water. On the landing path for the airport. Planes fly low over park until 1 am. Left over electrical wires are all over the park. We had to just assume the oil barrels all over were for trash, since nothing was marked as trash. Not safe for humans or pets. Creepiest place I have ever been. DO NOT GO THERE.

Pricing campgrounds in Fairbanks I figured this would be bare bones. $37/night is almost 1/2 price of other choices in town. HOWEVER...this place is off the charts. I reserved site 107. 107 is nowhere to be found. Nice signs anywhere. It really feels like a horror flick movie scene...lol Lots of Xmas decorations left in dangling. This place has never seen a weed eater! All the trash cans were full & running over. No toilet paper in the bathroom. Had to call the manager to get the code to the bathroom. No camp host to be found. BTW If you want a shower it's a buck a minute!! But...if you don't want to pay $79 a night for a basic campsite then this might be the place for you!

We turned up at the address of this site along a scruffy dirt track road and the place looked empty, derelict & unkempt. We went to find alternative accommodation that was at least welcoming to tourists. I tried to cancel our second night (the first night was non-refundable) online via the RoverPass cancellation button but it would not let me enter my request. I had to finally give up and lost our two nights fees. Very disappointed all round.
