Guest Guidelines

Keep your vehicles & personal property on your own site. The laundromats are open from 8 am to 9 pm daily. Only ane plug-in per site. $10.00 per adjacent plug-in use. 55.00 fee for washing AV. $3.00 fee for washing vehicle. All fees for Services must be paid in advance at the office. No discharge of firearms or fireworks. No smoking in the buildings, laundromats or restrooms. No outside clothes ines. No mechanical repairs or maintenance on property. Please take your trash to the dumpsters. Please keep park free of cigarette butts, cans, bottles, etc. site clean up fee may be assessed. & Children 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area and fitness room. No glass or floats (except child life-saving devices allowed in the pool area. All fishing is catch and releases only. Please use barb-less hooks and no live bait. Owners/Managers are not responsible for any injuries to guests or pets, or theft and/or damage to guest property.

Pet Policy

Walk your pet anywhere but keep them leashed and clean up after them. No pets are allowed in buildings or pool. No noisy or vicious pets allowed. Please do not leave pets unattended.

Near Waco, TX. Clean, Friendly, easy off and back onto 1-35 - great for an overnight - it is next to the interstate so there is noise. Good Sam accepted ($30.00 for 30 amp) Sites are Full hook up - we only used Electric. Free Breakfast. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
