RV Storage

All “Monthly Rentals” require a NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT at the time the reservation is made. This deposit is equal to the amount of the monthly rate. This deposit will be applied to your first month’s rent at the time of check in.

Rules

Pet Policy

All dogs must be on leash at all times and whenever any dogs is found not leash the owner will fined $5 for each offense. Any pet owner not picking up after their dogs will fined $5 for each incident. Pets are to be left outside, unattended at any time. Please pick up after your pet. No pets in the laundry, pool and store room

Vehicle Policy

No vehicle on the grass. Speed limit 5 MPH. Local law prohibits the changing of oil and washing of vehicles on site. No vehicle repairs.

We've stayed there several times - well kept, nice spaces. Some full time residents, but mostly travelers or short term. Pool, full hookups, restrooms & showers. We are in and out of Katy on a regular basis and think this is a nice park. We have a 37' 5th wheel with slides on both sides and have not trouble with size of spaces. Good Sam park. Spaces at Houston West RV Park are pretty wide. We have a 37' 5th wheel with opposing slides on the back end (slides opposite each other) and we've never had any problem or felt we were too close to next door neighbors! - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group

This is a quaint campground that has a lot going for it. I was rather surprised by how well the staff worked and how professional they behaved. The restrooms were rather clean and there were a plethora of camp sites to choose from. The WIFI was pretty good and I was impressed by the laundry room. I was also able to bring my dog fluffy which is always nice. I can’t go to a park without my dogie. I think it has a lot of things for anybody or everybody and you won’t know unless you try it.
