Pets are allowed. 2 Pet Max. No aggressive breeds.

General Policies

Deposit and Payment schedule: Daily Your credit card will be charged one night rack rate prior to arrival. To make changes to your reservation please call our Reservation Department at (877) 864-2728 and specify that you booked your reservation online. If a RV/Tent site reservation is cancelled at least 2 days prior to arrival, an administrative fee of $25 will be charged prior to refunding any advance deposit. Otherwise the one night deposit will be forfeited. If a rental unit reservation is cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival, an administrative fee of $25 will be charged prior to refunding any advance deposit. Otherwise the one night deposit will be forfeited. 1 to 2 Months One month deposit is due at time of reservation for reservations during January-March. $200 deposit is due at time of reservation during April-December. Remaining balance is due on reservation start date. 3 Months One month deposit is due at time of reservation. Remaining balance is due on reservation start date. 4 to 5 Months One month deposit is due at time of reservation. 50% of balance is due on reservation start date. Final balance is due on 1st day of 2nd month of reservation. 6 months or longer One month deposit is due at time of reservation. 50% of balance is due on reservation start date. 25% of balance is due on 1st day of 2nd month of reservation. Final balance due on 1st day of 3rd month of reservation. Annual Park Model/Tied Down units - One month deposit required for new guests. RV annuals - One month deposit. Monthly payment schedule for annual reservation is subject to good credit history, and credit card agreement on file. The method of payment for deposit is by credit or debit card. If deposit is made in person, cash and/or check are acceptable.

1. Check In Time: 2:00 PM 2. Check Out Time: 11:00 AM 3. Minimum Check In age is 18 years old. 4. Guests aged 16 years old and under at the time of check in are considered children. 5. Pets are allowed. 6. The rates displayed do not include any applicable service fees or charges for optional incidentals. 7. Park Model/Tied Down units - One month deposit required for new guests. 8. RV annuals - One month deposit. 9. Monthly payment schedule for annual reservation is subject to good credit history, and credit card agreement on file. 10. The method of payment for deposit is by credit or debit card. If deposit is made in person, cash and/or check are acceptable. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Race Week, Bike Events, Coke 400 and Rallies 1. Reservations cancelled 90 days prior to an event will be entitled to a full refund, less a $25.00 cancellation fee. 2. Reservations cancelled between 31 and 60 day prior to the event will receive a refund less a $100.00 cancellation fee. 3. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are not entitled to a refund. 4. No Show - Refund will not be granted. 5. Long Term - One month or longer. 6. Reservations with any nights during the months of January - March: Cancellations made prior to 60 days of arrival date will receive a full refund, minus $150 administrative fee. 7. Reservations with all nights during the months April - December: Cancellations made prior to 60 days of arrival date will receive a full refund, minus 10% of reservation. 8. Less than 60 days - deposit may be pushed forward one year from original arrival date or will be forfeited. 9. If a stay is shorter than original reservation, and less than one month, no refund will be issued. 10. If one month or longer, the rate will be adjusted to the appropriate rate type (i.e. daily, weekly, etc.) Credit of the adjusted unused portion of the payment, minus $150.00 administrative fee, will be applied to future reservation within one year of cancellation date, or forfeited. 11. Refunds for death or extended hospitalization will be reviewed on an individual basis at the regional level. 12. Policy subject to change without notice.

Stayed there for a week 11/2015. Very small sites. Was there with a large group and all our fur babies went home laden with fleas. Will not stay there again. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
