- All new dogs must complete a friendly meet-and-greet with management and management’s small dogs who live on the property. (Also known as the butt-sniff check.;-) - We'll evaluate how your dog interacts with others - Dogs must be social and friendly with both humans and other dogs; timid dogs are welcome but must be non-agressive and well-behaved.
- No aggressive breeds (no pit bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, or wolf hybrids) - Maximum 3 dogs per RV site - Dogs must respond to voice commands ("Come," "Stay," "Leave it") - No aggressive behavior of any kind; please be vigilant around feeding and any food - Monitor your dog's behavior and intervene if play becomes too rough - At least one adult must be supervising the dog(s) when off-leash - Please don’t let dogs on neighboring adjacent, unfenced land as it is trespassing. Our property is fenced, however there may be gaps in corner common areas.
- Keep your dog in sight and generally supervised at all times - Carry a leash or some kind of restraint as it may be necessary - Clean up waste by burying it. We like clean shoes and nobody wants to step in a poop landmine. Bushes are great places to relocate feces oft the path with sticks or cover it in mulch. - Watch and control play behavior - One adult must be outside with off-leash dogs
- Dogs must be leashed or under control in your site from 10 PM - 7 AM - Control barking at all times. They may be alerting you to nearby animals such as opossums, deer, squirrels and birds to active prey. They
- No dogs in: shooting range, trash, compost or recyling areas - Ask permission before letting your dog visit other camp sites. Dogs are not permitted in other campers' sites without permission. - Beware there are wild animals on the acreage that may harm pets; bobcats, bear, panthers, owls, aggressive turkeys, curious deer though crows watch the dogs and occasionally play.
- Biting - Fighting - Aggressive behavior - Uncontrolled dogs - Excessive barking
- First aid station located at office - Report any incidents or injuries immediately - Local veterinary services can be found through a general web search for nearby Keystone Heights, Palatka, Starke, Interlochen, Melrose and Middleburg.
- Dogs must be brought inside during severe weather - Shade and water stations may be provided throughout park - Exercise caution during extreme temperatures
- First problem: Warning - Second problem: Must keep dog on leash - Third problem: Must leave the park
- Walking paths for play and training. We love zoomie parties and play-chasing. - Water stations - Shaded areas

Management reserves the right to modify these rules as needed to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests. All residents must acknowledge receipt and understanding of these policies before check-in. Management has the final say on all dog-related matters to maintain a safe environment.
