Rules
Check-in/Checkout Times
Check-in time is normally 2PM and check-out time is 12Noon. Flexibility is granted with advanced notice for either.
Deposit Policy
Minimum one(1) day deposit for non-holiday. Minimum two(2) day deposit for holiday (three for 3 day holiday)
Cancellations Policy
Forfeit one day deposit for non-holiday if canceled <48 hrs before check in time. Forfeit full deposit for holiday, if canceled < 2 weeks before check in time. Forfeit $10 minimum regardless of when cancelled.
