We are smaller secure RV park with a produce store and 64 sites, 11 of which are pull-thru sites for the big rigs. We offer daily, weekly stay in the summer season and monthly during the winter or if space available during the summer. Have a fenced in leash free dog park and laundry, ice machine. No public restroom!

Harbour Point RV Park is located near Everett, Washington. It features 82 full hookup campsites that are big rig friendly for motorhomes of up to 45 feet. Many of them accommodate slide out RVs. The park provides free WiFi and 115-channel cable TV, is pet-friendly, and has a dump station.

Campsite amenities offered include picnic tables, fire circles, and grills. It also includes basic amenities like restrooms with hot showers and laundry facilities. Visitors can also enjoy activities such as hiking, biking, fishing, kayaking, and canoeing.

Rates

RV Sites

RV sites offer full hookups, are big rig friendly, accommodate slide outs, and feature cable access, a dump station, picnic tables, fire circles, grills, restrooms with hot showers and laundry facilities. Sites are also just a short drive from a number of local conveniences such as gas stations, restaurants and supermarkets.

Rules

Vehicle Policy
No auto work or repairs may be carried out anywhere within the park including any site. No auto parts, cleaning
solvents or materials lying within the site, if so will be subject to same fine as failure to remove garbage from site
(See Garbage Paragraph). This rule does not include the repair of a flat tire or jumping a dead vehicle battery. Washing of vehicles is not permitted unless approved by Park Management and the washing fee is paid prior to
washing the vehicle. Long-term stay guests are required to wash their RV at least once each season either by
paying an outside vendor by doing so themselves and paying $10 prior to doing so to the park office. Failure to
wash your RV once each season will cause guest to be fined $50 and a vendor will wash your RV. The following
charges apply: For cars and trucks the fee is $5.00. For RV’s the cost is $10.00 for self-wash.
Pet Policy
Pets are never to be tethered outside without supervision and any waste must be immediately cleaned.
• Dogs are not allowed to roam freely in the park and must be on a leash at all times.
• Outside pens and kennels and bird cages are not allowed. Violators of this rule will be subject to 1 verbal
warning and if not adhered to will be asked to leave the park.
• Pets must not be allowed to snarl or bark at neighbors or passersby.
• Pets must not be allowed to dig or otherwise damage and destroy park property, and the guest who is
caring for the pet shall be liable for all damage caused by the guest’s pet.
• Pet “accidents” must be cleaned up by their owners immediately. This rule applies anywhere in the park
boundaries.
• Pets are not permitted in any of the park public facilities including washrooms, laundry room and
showers, nor in and around the park office.
• Pets must not be allowed to enter neighboring sites.
• Harbour Pointe RV Park reserves the right to prohibit certain breeds and sizes of dogs and number of
dogs. Monthly stay is limited to 1 dog, daily and weekly guests are allowed to have up to 2 dogs, and they
will be charged the pet fee for each dog.
• The following breeds, in addition to other potentially dangerous breeds are not permitted in the park or
on park property: Pit Bull, Staffordshire terrier. THIS RULE DOES NOT APPLY TO GUIDE OR SERVICE DOGS
(upon proof of the dogs certification).
