Rules

Noise Restrictions

Quiet hours are 9pm to 9am. Please adhere to these times and be courteous of other guests.. It is generally a quiet campground with off-road toys in the daytime here and there. But it is very minimal.. Music is to be at a level that isn't obnoxious to other guests. We want everyone to have a wonderful time, but if loud and wild is what you are looking for, Vegas may be better... Or take it to the trails and have a blast in your RZR or out on the Lake! We aren't sticks in the mud, just keep it mellow and respectful for all guests while on-site.

Extra Guests

Please have extra guests staying with you checkin with the office. They need to book their own site or pay the extra fee of $4 per person per day.

Refund Policy

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Total balance is typically pre-paid; With a 7-day notice, you will have a choice of a 90% refund or 100% transferable/credit for a future stay (to be booked at that time). Notices between 7 days and 24hrs results in 25% cancel fee.  Less than 24hr notice prior to your arrival date results in a forfeit of payment. NO REFUNDS or transfers for unused portions of your stay. Online Reservations are prepaid. Cancellations and Transfer of funds to alternate dates is under transfer policy noted above.

Although Happy Trails Campground and Mini Motel has taken every reasonable precaution to ensure that you have a comfortable, safe and enjoyable visit please understand that you are using our property at your own risk. We are neither liable nor responsible for the acts and actions of our guests. Therefore, by your signature upon a booking reservation and/or your acceptance and use of our accommodations you unconditionally waive, release and hold harmless from liability Happy Trails Campground and Mini Motel, its owners, agents, and managers from any and all liabilities occurring during your stay.

Pet Policy

Pet Policy: In Motels and Glampers there is a $10 pet fee . Per Pet, Per Stay.  (** there is no pet fee for those camping in their own space) Owner assumes ALL financial responsibility for any damage animal might make during stay, including not cleaning up after Pet .. $25 will be charged to guest per incident All animals must be leashed at all times!!!! $25 per incident

Great rv park especially for off roaders. Extra long spaces. Quiet and friendly place. Owner and manager super nice. Campfires allowed and can ride right from camp. Spent 4 nights. Will go back.

The place smelled putrid! My boyfriend and I stayed there last Sunday. We had reservations until Thursday, but got physically sick and slept in the truck. The place has no lights in the bathroom. The location of the RV we were in was literally right in the corner of the office, bathroom, and picnic tables---which equals no privacy. (farmhouse). Don't stay there!

Sounds a little like a farce. The gal that stayed in the Farmhouse just prior had an AMAZING stay and couldn’t say enough. You didn’t even book on this platform, so you are just trolling??? I never posted in the listing that the unit is off in the distance somewhere. The bathrooms are so far from the space, you make it sound like it’s squished between the office and bathrooms. The pictures posted are from the farmhouse yard. So if you did actually stay here and actually did research beforehand you would have known exactly how the layout is. It’s not like meadview is busy full of hustle and bustle, it’s a quiet calm campground even when it’s booked solid. Some people are just angry and their is nothing we can do for that. Perfect place to camp if your going to South Cove. Friendly people and large sites for your rig and boat. Dave helped us get settled and was so friendly and welcoming. The whole town of Meadview is so friendly. We will be back.

Beware if you stay here. Expect noise and dust. They let someone ride all around the facility in an off road vehicle racing back and forth and doing donuts.

Thank you for the fake news... We are completely booked up with Happy Guests. Every single spot is filled with smiles. We most certainly have many off-road guests come and encourage then to bring their toys. We absolutely love to see them get out and enjoy their stay.! We don't allow racing up and down and if they do a donut on our 2 acres below on our recreational property that is their choice. So long as it is not excessive. And no early morning or after hours riding. Being nasty because you are unhappy wont effect us and our Happy Guests because we go above and beyond to assure their stay is delightful. If you don't like dust or the noise that come with recreation, we all recommend you do not live in the desert. Happy Trails! :)

I love this place, I've been coming to Meadview for about 3 years doing hobby gold prospecting. Till now I've been staying in the place on the south end of town but should have been here all along. GREAT environment, super friendly, nice and quiet at night, you sleep like a baby, my RV is not covered in dust on the inside like it is south of town from all the traffic, free showers, friendly people and a place where you feel welcomed, what a great change. Come join us, you'll be a friend forever.

The mini motel is very comfortable. It’s so nice and quiet, great view from the porch of mountains and sunset. Everything worked: all the outlets, fridge, air, micro. We weren’t excited about bedspread. Lots of static. Overall. Loved our stay

Great campground with large lots and very friendly people. The kids loved the horseshoe pit. Grand Canyon is only about 40 mins away which made the location ideal. Bathroom and showers could use some updating but other then that we loved this campsite.

Thanks for the review Danielle! We have been doing lots of updated since taking over the campground last year. Bathrooms have been freshly painted and the 70s magazines from previous owners were replaced 😄.. new shower curtains are also up. Good view, level sites, full hookups. Great camp neighbors, shower house at the time we were there could have used a little spruce up.

Thanks for the review.! I'm not sure when your stay was, we have had the bathroom freshly painted and new shower curtains updated sometime last year. In fact the whole park is updated since we took over, would love if you could return again some day.! Happy trails.! :)

Beautiful rv park with big spots. What especially made our experience so good were the owners, they provided us with good coffee in the morning and some nice chats!!
