General Policies

RESERVATIONS FOR THE NEXT SEASON (2015-2016): A ONE TO TWO MONTH STAY REQUIRES A $200.00 DEPOSIT. A THREE MONTH OR LONGER STAY REQUIRES A $300.00 DEPOSIT. THE BALANCE IS DUE UPON YOUR ARRIVAL AND OCCUPANCY IN THE FALL OF 2015, FOR ANY LENGTH OF STAY.

General Policies

Refunds: Deposit will be refunded, less a $25.00 administrative fee, for cancellations received 90 days prior to reserved date. There are NO refunds for cancellations received with less than a 90 day notice, except for medical emergencies. Medical emergencies will require a letter from your physician. No refunds after arrival. All RVers must check-in on arrival and check out on departure at the Park Office.

Oh happy days, aren’t we always looking for happy days? Sometimes to me a happy day is a very small one that is spent with my family. This park is smaller than ones I have been to, but that doesn’t mean it won’t make you happy. The staff was so laid back and always making sure everyone was smiling. The utilities and park were always clean and the Wi-Fi was great. My whole family was able to do what they wanted and didn’t have any issues! The laundry facilities were pretty good as well, there wasn’t any broken and at a fair price.
