Park Model Rental
There is a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 at time of the reservation.
Holiday weekends require a non-refundable deposit of $300.00 at the time of the reservation.
If the reservation is canceled one month prior to your arrival date your deposit will be cheerfully refunded.
There will be a $100.00 Non-refundable cleaning deposit for all pets.
Special cleaning is required for our guests that are allergic to dogs and cats.
