Room was nasty, AC filter was filthy, tv remote control didn't work. It was not just "rustic", it was falling apart, multiple plugs into one electric outlet, dangerous. Will not go back.

I stayed at this Marina, in a tent camping spot, for a weekend with a kayak fishing tournament. IT is a great local business, where the owners live on-site. They were very pleasant, and said that they bought it as a fixer-upper, and have been working to make everything cozy. Our site was awesome, and right by the water, they have a cafe with a good selection of food, a bait store right by the boat ramp with basic portable food, and tackle and live and frozen bait. The boat ramp was in good condition, and the courtesy dock had a fuel pump on it. The showers were clean and awesome after a day of kayaking and handling bait and live fish all day. I would definitely come back with my family for a weekend of fun. I do not know about the RV side, cause I never ventured over there. there is also a beach/swimming area.
