Overview
Look forward to an exquisite sunrise over Mirror Lake while you camp at the Figure 8 Lake Campground in Roswell. Hike or bike the trails around the site, and enjoy the warmth as you stand on one of the many hills and take in the breadth of the land. Motorized vehicle sports are also common as is picnicking on the leveled plains. For the real magic, just look up at night time for a breathtaking sunset filled with reds and heated oranges, and keep looking up as the stars come out in full luminescence.

How many campgrounds offer horseback riding? I know I have searched for many, and although there are quite a few I don’t think I found one quite like this one. The employees were so nice and helpful it made my kids first time riding on a big horse, and not a pony, a really nice experience. The location is perfect as there are so many beautiful scenic areas surrounding the park. I know I was caught gazing out a few times. The utilities were nice and clean and the price for everything was great. Normally horse riding would cost more for a family of four.
