Deposit and Payment Schedule

1. Cabana Security Deposit: $1000 on monthly rentals, and $500 on weekly rentals. 2. Travel Trailer Security Deposit: $300. 3. Security Deposit Refundable at check out after a walk thru. (Daily) 1. Your credit card will be charged one night rack rate prior to arrival. 2. To make changes to your reservation please call our Reservation Department at (877) 864-2728 and specify that you booked your reservation online. 3. If a RV/Tent site reservation is cancelled at least 2 days prior to arrival, an administrative fee of $25 will be charged prior to refunding any advance deposit. Otherwise the one night deposit will be forfeited. 4. If a rental unit reservation is cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival, an administrative fee of $25 will be charged prior to refunding any advance deposit. Otherwise the one night deposit will be forfeited. (1 to 2 Months) 1. One month deposit is due at time of reservation for reservations during January-March. 2. $200 deposit due at time of reservation during April-December. 3. Remaining balance is due on reservation start date. (3 Months) 1. One month deposit due at time of reservation. 2. Remaining balance is due on reservation start date. (4 to 5 Months) 1. One month deposit due at time of reservation. 2. 50% of balance is due on reservation start date. 3. Final balance is due on 1st day of 2nd month of reservation. (6 months or longer) 1. One month deposit is due at time of reservation. 2. 50% of balance is due on reservation start date. 3. 25% of balance is due on 1st day of 2nd month of reservation. 4. Final balance is due on 1st day of 3rd month of reservation. (Annual) 1. Park Model/Tied Down units - One month deposit required for new guests. 2. RV annuals - One month deposit. 3. Monthly payment schedule for annual reservations is subject to good credit history, and credit card agreement on file. 4. The method of payment for deposits is by credit or debit card. If deposit is made in person, cash and/or check are acceptable.

General Policies

1. Site Check In Time: 12:00 PM 2. Site Check Out Time: 11:00 AM 3. Rental Check In Time: 4:00 PM 4. Rental Check Out Time: 11:00 AM 5. Minimum Check In age is 18 years old. 6. Guests aged 12 years old and under at the time of check in are considered children. 7. Pets are allowed. 8. Pets are not allowed in rental units. 9. Smoking in rental units is prohibited. 10. The rates displayed do not include any applicable service fees or charges for optional incidentals. 11. For late arrival arrangements, please contact our Reservation Department at (800) 307-0768.

This campground is very precious and has a lot of great things here! First off the staff was not only helpful but there were very friendly. The amenities we got with our site was more than enough for our necessities. The sites were rather spacious and there was more than enough room for my big rig with slide outs. The activities they had were so much fun and so needed for our family. We really needed a place to relax like this! I loved how everything was nicely maintained and clean. I just got back from Fiesta Key RV resort, Florida. (address is 70001 Overseas Hwy, Layton, FL 33001 ) Save your money and go somewhere else. First their map shows a child's playground and it's not there, they say that's where it will be built. I didn't see any RV spots that are ocean view. Weird set up sewer is on the drivers side of your coach but water, electric and cable TV were on the other side. Spot are gravel with a small concrete pad by your door. Pool is not heated. Hot tub was good. Wifi only worked at restaurant , bar and office but something was wrong that it would not connect to the internet from your campsite. Staff is very friendly and working hard to turn this resort around but it's going to take years. Pool is not handicap friendly because you have to walk up about a dozen steps to get into the pool area. Small store on site stocked with things you might have forgotten and some groceries.
