The only resort on Route 66 and the Colorado River in Needles, CA. This little funky 1960’s-era resort is minutes off interstate I-40. It’s a perfect place to get away and relax in your very own comfortable room, or your own RV space with full hookups or you can even pitch a tent right down by the river. Families and groups of all ages are welcome to enjoy our picnic area under shade trees, charcoal grills, a fire pit and a blanket of stars at night all year ‘round. A perfect location for snowbirds with warm winters and ideal for families to have fun in the sun and in the water all summer long. You can enjoy the river with Kayaking, inter-tube floats down the river, Pontoon Boat rides, fishing, boating, wave running, swimming or just sitting out on one of our decks right over the river taking in the picturesque view of the famous Needles Mountains and listening to the currents of the mighty Colorado River rush by. We live on ‘river time’… so remember to stop, relax and put your feet in the water!

Fender’s Resort General Rules & Policies

1. SPEED LIMIT: For the safety of our children, our campers and visitors, the speed limit is 5 M.P.H. at all times. 2. SMOKING: There is NO SMOKING in the buildings. This includes the office, clubhouse, laundry/shower house and Motel Rooms (there are ashtrays located outside of office, motel rooms, laundry & clubhouse) 3. NO LITTERING: All Trash – including wrappers, food, cigarette butts and drink containers are to be placed in the dumpster located near the exit gate. Trash anywhere other than a trash container/ashtray is littering. 4. PETS: Immediately pick up poop after your pets. Pets are NOT to be left UNATTENDED in RV’s or Rooms at any time. Continuous pet noise that disturbs other park guests will not be tolerated. 5. CHILDREN: Children under the age of 16 must be supervised at all times – Especially in River Area & Indoor facilities (laundry/shower house). No Children activities in driveway. No climbing on fences or slopes. 6. PARKING: RV’ers and Tent campers may park only in your designated Site. No vehicles or boats allowed to park in unoccupied sites – Boat parking will be assigned by manager. 7. EXCESSIVE NOISE: Loud music, profanity, vandalism and disorderly behavior will not be tolerated. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Please be considerate of others around you. 8. FIREARMS/FIREWORKS: The resort has a zero tolerance for possession and or discharging of any weapons or fireworks. Possession of fireworks is illegal in Needles, California. Discharge of weapons or fireworks will result in contacting the local authorities. 9. LAUNDRY: Please be considerate and remove your laundry from washers and dryers when they are finished. 10. Injuries & Theft: Management is not responsible for personal property or bodily damage, injury or loss by accident, fire or theft. Keep your space neat & clean. 11. Please help us keep our park clean and friendly.
