Escapees Rainbow Plantation

The Escapees Rainbow Plantation is the friendliest campground in Alabama; everyone who camps here is always ready to go for a walk or stop and have a chat. We have spacious sites on grassy areas, all shaded by beautiful, old oak trees.

Amenities & Activities

The park features: 87 full-hook-up sites, WIFI Available, pet friendly, laundry room, on site large clubhouse, sewerage disposal station, air compressor, horseshoe pit, and 22 ERPU lots. For your enjoyment during your stay we have a heated pool for swimming, horseshoes, a recreation hall, a playground and a shuffleboard court. You can also take advantage of the breathtaking oak trees and nearby Summerdale, as well as the area’s excellent craft eateries.

We have lots of activities in the park's activity center: everything from a music group to quilters to a chair "caning" group. There’s something to enjoy for every type of camper, which makes this a popular camping spot – so book early. Hope to see you soon!
