Rules

Visitors must park at the facility guest parking and may not stay overnight.

Vehicles

Pickups and cars must always be more than three feet away from the roads (no street parking). Speed limit is 5MPH throughout the park.

Repairs

Repairs or painting of vehicles in the park is prohibited.

Wheels

No riding of bicycles, electric bikes, ATV’s/wheelers, dirt bikes, skateboards, or scooters etc. within the park.

Fire pit

Fire pits/open flame, canopies and tents are not permitted.

Rule

Five-piece patio set and BBQ (no brickettes, propane only) are allowed outside your RV but no other items are permitted on the lot (including the space under the RV).
