Overview
East Fork Resort & Stables is a campground located near Jamestown, Tennessee. It features full and partial hookup campsites that are big rig friendly. Many of them are pull through accessible. The park provides free WiFi, allows pets, and has a dump station.

Campsite amenities offered include outdoor pavilions, horse stables, fishing ponds, picnic tables, fire circles, and grills. It also includes basic amenities like restrooms with hot showers and laundry facilities. Visitors can also enjoy activities such as biking, hiking, horseback riding (with themes!), fishing, and wildlife watching.

We have four bunkhouses in the campground, each with 2 full beds and 1 futon. They have electricity, heating and air conditioning, but NO water. Guests must use the bathhouse. Linens are provided.
Rates do not include tax. Stalls are optional and an additional $20/night per horse. Plus, there is a one-time stall cleaning fee of $5.00 per stall. You can picket your horses for $10/night per horse, but you must supply your own picket lines. Bunkhouses incur an additional $10 cleaning fee.
Bunkhouses are for up to 4 adults. Pets incur an extra $20 cleaning fee per pet and pet owner is responsible for any damage done by their pet. Our units are NON-SMOKING. $50 cleaning fee if cabins are smoked in.

The Esther, Guy, Pearl, & Belvin ”CaBarns” are 1-bedroom, 1-bath cabins combined with 2 stalls.
Our CaBarns are fully furnished and include cable TV. CaBarns are offsite 1.5 miles north of the campground. Take Hwy 127 north, then turn left on Deergap Road (Behind the Jordan Motel). Near trail head A2 on the Trail System.
Rates do not include tax. Two stalls are included in rate. There is a one-time stall cleaning fee of $5.00 per stall. Cabarns incur an additional $25 cleaning fee.

Deer Gap cabin is a 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit with a full kitchen and satellite TV. The stables are nearby in the woods. Cabin is offsite from Campground 1 1/2 miles North on Hwy 127 turn left on Deer Gap Road (Behind the Jordan Motel) near Trail head A & A2 on the trail system.
Rates do not include tax. Stalls are optional and an additional $20/night per horse. Plus, there is a one-time stall cleaning fee of $5.00 per stall. Cabins incur an additional $25 cleaning fee.

Fritz and Roanoke Cabins are 2-bedroom, 1-bath cabins INSIDE the campground. They offer a full kitchen, are fully furnished, and include satelite TV, hot tubs and private stables behind the cabins. Fritz and Roanoke are close to trailhead I.

The Scott House is a 3-bedroom, 1-bath home with cable TV located 1.5 miles north of the campground. Take Hwy 127 north, then turn left on Deer Gap Road (Behind the Jordan Motel). Near trail head A2 on our trail system.

The Sewell House features 2-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms, and 2 twin beds upstairs. Sewell House has its own pasture, 6-stall barn, and access to our trails. Located offsite 3-miles north of the campground on Hwy 127. Near trail head A2.
Rates do not include tax. Stalls are optional and an additional $20/night per horse. Fenced-in pasture is $15/night per horse. Plus, there is a one-time stall cleaning fee of $5.00 per stall. Houses incur an additional $25 cleaning fee.

The Wiley bunkhouse has 1 full bed and a futon. It has a paddock for your horse.

Liability Waiver
Liability Waivers must be signed by everyone on property, even if not riding a horse.
Dog Policy
NO DOGS ALLOWED IN KITCHEN OR BATH HOUSE!! Dog must be on a leash or under control If the dog is gonna be causing problems or bother other folks please leave at home.
Express Check In
10% off...only if we have coggins, waiver and payment in full 14 days prior to arrival. Organized rides REQUIRE express check in.
Cancellations
To receive full refund cancellation must happen 14 days prior to arrival. If you are within 14-day period, you will forfeit 25% of the deposit you paid. If they leave early, check to see if they are a frequent customer and put back to A/R account for future stay. No call No show- no refund.
