Nice resort just N of Phenix, Large clean pool, separate hot tub, clean showers and laundry, fitness room and pickle ball court. No shade, but asphalt roads and parking. Shuttle available to Casino across the road that had a small but good and reasonably priced buffet. Easy access to Phoenix and surrounding suburbs. City of Fountain Hills is very close for shopping or other amenities. We were there Sept. 2015 for a wedding in Gilbert, took less than 30 min. to get there from this park.
