This place isn’t accurately depicted. Yes they have Wi-Fi, but nobody can get it to work. The day staff is so rude, doesn’t mind yelling at you, so most people avoid going in there until after the day staff leaves. The park occupants are friendly but the office can’t be bothered to let the occupants of any issues. The rates they are showing are way lower than reality. My suggestion is to move on past this place!

Campground Response

I am so sorry you had a very bad experience here. I stress to my front desk employees that the customer is always right, and the customer is their job to treat them with respect and without the customers they would not have a job. I wish I would have known about these issues i would have definitely addressed them at the time it occurred.

The General Manager tries to present the park as a 5 star resort, but it is a 5 star dump. The sites are close, most residents are permanent for year round living, they charge more than double the going rate for electricity. The staff is not friendly at all. Avoid this park and stay somewhere else. We tried this place twice and won't make it a 3rd time. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group

This is a very large park that has a plethora of campsites for any size RV! It’s truly awesome to have so many choices! It’s really close to Dallas and has a lot of great things to it! The staff was very eager to help out and very so friendly doing it. It was cool to meet a lot of people that stay here long term. It’s such a nice place they don’t want to leave and want to spend the most of their days there – which for me that is saying a lot! I’d prefer a place with more trees but this was pretty darn close. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group

This park, which is about 30-40 minutes north of Dallas, is right off super busy I-35. It is convenient to Denton and other towns north of Dallas as well. The park has about 170 sites, although many are used by long term residents. They have three levels of sites depending on the size of your rig so if they have spaces open, it is great for big rigs as well as smaller ones. Some sites are pull thru and some are back in. We had a back in site at the very back of the park. The park was filled to capacity the two weeks we stayed so we were unable to get a pull through. Our designated site (#55) was quite unlevel so we had to use 6 inches of levelers under the wheels. There are a lot of trees in the park which is both good and bad – it was great for shade, but the maintenance man had to come cut several limbs for us to safely back our 5th wheel toy hauler into the site. He was very helpful though and we appreciated it greatly. In fact, everyone we met that worked at the park was very friendly and helpful. The WiFi did not work at our site, even though the park has several towers. The WiFi worked great at the laundry room though. No cable but since we were in metro area, the over the air TV was fine. The park has playground equipment, a heated pool and spa, a sports field, fitness center, a nicely appointed rec building with a full kitchen, very nice laundry room, a truck and car wash. There is a night time safety patrol which we were glad to have since we had to leave the rig for 4 days. The park takes Good Sam discounts and has weekly and monthly rates as well. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
