Over $500 a month for the electricity in a 38' 5th wheel. Absolutely a dump!! Do yourself a favor and don't come here. Staff are completely unprofessional and appear to be very racist. They refuse to fix the faulty electricity that goes out multiple times a day. Then the bill you $500 for it. Unbelievable! Enjoy code enforcement and the state inspectors is all I gotta say.

If I had my way I'd give these guys a -1. I have stayed here off and on for the last few years and it's getting worse and worse every time. Now there are young girl running it now with no customer skill at all. They really don't care about your stay or how to make it better next time. It's more of give me your money and get the hell out. After our last foul treatment by the staff girls and the racist treatment and now taking to other park RVs we Have found we are not the only ones. We have decided to skill out a lawyer and take legal action

This is a really nice, mostly quiet gated RV park near the Main St. exit of the I-15. We lived here for about 16 months while my husband went to school. The roads were paved and laid out nicely. The RVs were on gravel with small concrete pads as your patios. There were trees between the sites and long-term tenants can add things like sheds, with management's approval. Short-term sites were pull-through. There were no fire rings, but you can have a grill at your site and there were a couple of grills available in the community area around the office. Other than one particularly yappy dog, we had no big issues at this park. The management was friendly and helpful to us, and the location got even better once the new Target Supercenter anchored a whole new shopping center that we could walk to across the street. This park offers on-site propane service, if you let the office know ahead of time. There was also propane available across the street from the park entrance at the 76 station (which had a very small, but great pizza joint attached). We paid a $200 deposit (which covered our "leftover" electric bill & the rest was refunded by check in the mail), and then monthly rent plus electricity (based on current SoCal Edison rates). There were a couple of decent bathrooms with showers available, as well as several dumpster locations throughout the park. They are pet-friendly, with exceptions against "aggressive breeds" (personally, I dislike and disagree with that term). I can't remember if they had a weight restriction for pets, (Michelle Sharpe, 10/2013). ad'l comment: Stayed here overnight. Pull thru was just long enough to stay hooked-up but was not level at all. Website says free cable, but when we got here found out that cable is NOT available for overnight or weekly people. We could get only a few stations with our antenna. No dog park but a small area to walk your dog. Mostly long term RV units. Would not stay here again. For the price site should be level and cable included. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
