Great staff, group get togethers , pot luck dinners, Great dog runs, caravans. Well maintained, in town But quiet and friendly. Highly recommend, reserve early.

A very well maintained park for those over 55. Gravel sites with grass and a picnic table between the sites and plenty of room. Every morning (at least while we've been here) there are several remote control aircraft enthusiast that meet at an open field and fly their airplanes. Located within the city limits of Gunnison it seems to be in a country setting. Staff is very friendly and helpful in every way. Satelite reception is good in most sites with a clear view to the south. Antenna TV is adequate. WIFI is available but is a little sketchy. We will stay here again.
