Rules

Quiet Hours are from 8:30pm to 10:00am. Please be quiet and considerate of your neighbors

Keep your spot clean

The space you are renting is neat, clean, and adequate for your recreational vehicle. Keep it that way and return the RV Site upon expiration of your site rental in the same condition provided. Do not make any changes to the RV Site without the prior written consent of the park.

Loud, obnoxious, disorderly, boisterous, or unlawful conduct or conduct that disturbs or threatens the rights, comfort, or convenience of other in or near the Property will not be tolerated

Violence or the threat of violence will not be tolerated

No display, discharge or possession of a gun, knife or other weapons in any way that may alarm others

The possession, sale or manufacture of illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia on the RV Site or anywhere else on the Property is prohibited

The operation of a business on the RV Site or on the Property is prohibited

The storage of hazardous materials on the RV Site or anywhere on the Property is prohibited

Speed limit is 5 MPH

No parking on the grass or in unassigned parking spaces

No major vehicle repairs will be permitted on the premises

Pets must be on leash at all times. A shovel or bag is as necessary as a leash; CLEAN UP IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

Cutting of trees and plants is prohibited

Keep your campsite litter free, including cigarette butts

Campfires in grills only

Do not let water run unnecessarily

Clotheslines are PROHIBITED AFTER 2PM DAILY

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ALL RULES WILL RESULT IN THE TERMINATION OF THE SITE SERVICES AGREEMENT AND REQUIRE YOU TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY

What an amazing place to stay and what's better is the owners. Don and Debbie were the kindest and nicest people and they keep the park in top shape. Our family love staying here!! I highly recommend staying here and getting to know Debbie and Don!

The opening for dumping the black and gray water tanks is too high. Emptying my tanks was difficult. Otherwise, the park is nice.

Nice clean, quiet park, nice area for dogs...mostly all pullthur sites, full hook ups, no cable, gravel pads, only 2 sites have concrete pads.... the little house, has 1 washer, 1 dryer, half bath, lounge area, tv, with venting machines....

Nice quiet park. The camper pads were nice: concrete, level, and well kept. Each evening there were a few deer that came to enjoy the field and feeder. Dog yard was well kept, nice grass, bags to clean up after pets, and seats to use while dogs enjoyed the yard. We would have liked a few more trees for shade, and spots not quite so close together, but this is a nice place to stay.

Great owners, very nice rv park, easy to get into, watch for the low trees in RV spots. They will grow but are kind of low right now, the owners are arare of them and going to trim them soon. They are great people, will return to this RV park next time in Waco.

A relatively new park. Very clean. A small park which we enjoyed. No pool but understandable when you consider insurance costs. Very nice owners. I am from Washington state so if and when we come this way again, will gladly stay here again.

A very clean Rv park with a pretty park atmosphere. In a very quiet location. It is 10 miles from downtown Waco. There are no showers and one bathroom and washer/ dryer , but the price is good for full hookups. I would stay here again.

This is a very nice park outside of Waco. It is very quiet and peaceful. Easy access and great communication from the host. We were in a class A motorhome with a tow vehicle.

Deb & Don are first class people. Their hospitality knows no bounds. Debbie is just the sweetest person to deal with and was a great help making our viewing of the April 2024 total eclipse of the sun successful. We highly recommend staying here. There is a laundry room with toilet but no shower. There is a single washer/dryer.

Wonderful park we will be back. Nice and clean. Field of wildflowers was an added bonus. Only downside was only one washer and dryer. Laundry took longer.
