Dead Horse Ranch State Park

675 Dead Horse Ranch Rd,, Cottonwood, AZ, 86326

The Dead Horse Ranch State Park is located in the beautiful city of Cottonwood, Arizona and is a picturesque change from the usual desert scene the state is known for. Campers can look forward to epic greens and blues over the gorgeous lagoons at the park, as well as water sports such as fishing for channel catfish and rainbow trout and a host of other fish species. Campers can also take advantage of motorized and non-motorized boating, canoeing, kayaking, swimming and paddle boarding. There are also a plethora of hiking and biking trails, but visitors usually use these paths to find a remote spot to stargaze. Birding and wildlife viewing is also popular, and the park association sometimes puts on educational and fun events around these past times. Amenities include: pull thrus, 30/50 amp sites, and water. There's also fully-furnished cabin rentals. Hope to see you soon at this spectacular park!
