Shaded area available, full hook up night, quiet park. Downside was garbage trailer was extremely overfilled. Never saw manage management, but didn’t really need to.

The spaces can be tight for a big rig..many pine trees have limbs that can brush slide outs. Emily was the one answering phone on site and she was great. Also, many sites low in back. Grass was nicely mowed.

Had a lake in the parking lot after dark, and i had to drive thru it and didn't know how deep it was. That was after I had to find it because Google Maps was wrong. My site number was occupied so I picked the one next to it. The parking area was mostly sand. I did not go back for my other two paid nights.

This is a small RV park. Close to the road and not too far from the interstate so very convenient. The sites are gravel and not too close together. Our site was level which is nice for an overnight as we didn’t have to unhitch. Verizon signal was good. Where this campground shines is the staff. Everyone was helpful and friendly. We had full hookups here so we didn’t need a dump station which is good because I didn’t see one. Would definitely stay again.

Small, quaint campgrounds that is easy to get a 35 ft. 5th wheel trailer into. Also easy to make reservations for. Of note, no onsite staff which makes it difficult to ask questions when something comes up. Upon arrival noticed grass not mowed and a dead gopher (with magots). It is near the airport, so if one doesn't like the noise may want to go somewhere else. I did not mind this, as there is nothing RV There Yet? can do about that. I did have text communications with Emily, she was very helpful and accommodating. We had plans change and Emily let us know there was no problem staying late on check-out day and if needed we could stay an extra night (fee of course). All in all, good place to stay if doing something in the City of Alexandria (or area surrounding).

Nice quiet campground. The one downfall, was when we went to the office to request firewood, there never seemed to be anyone there. Good thing the weekend ended up being too hot for a fire.

Your picture on your web site lies It said play ground and there was laundry facility and that sucks big time. there was no one ever in the office either. So as a review the whole camp ground sucks big time

Site was level and decent size, grounds nicely maintained. No separate bathrooms. Would have liked a dedicated fenced area for our dogs. Host was very responsive and helpful with questions. Good for our single night stop over.

The owner was very nice and helpful. If you are a self contained camper, and need no restroom service , this could be a place for you. Full hookups available. No store, so make sure you have what you need prior to arrival. We overnighted, so no issues.

Poor place for an overnight stay while traveling. Site in reservation was occupied by a seasonal camper. Office closed. No one teachable on the phone. Site gravel pads very small. Will not stay here again

This campground is not like most campgrounds. There is no host, no office or store, no rest room or bathhouse. It is very quiet, and no kids were running around probably because there is no playground. The site that we had was so narrow that we could not use our awning. The sewer connection was uphill, so dumping was problematic. The reservation confirmation said that no outside firewood was allowed, but there was no place to buy wood at the campground. I would only recommend this campground for a 1-night stay and not for several days.

Quiet area and really really nice people in the park and by the apartments. Willing to help with an issue that occurred for us. Would stay again!

Great little campground for a 1 or 2 night stay. Big long sites and great WIFI.

Campers were quiet, setting is very nice with trees and level sites. Emily told me to pick a different site when our corner was congested and we would not have navigated a pole and another camper’s vehicle. No ice or wood on premise. We stayed an extra day which was easy to book online.

A good stop for overnight or visit, easy to get in and out off the main roads. Full hook ups will accommodate most rvs.

Worst campsite that I've stayed in of all the seven that I've stayed at. No bench no fire. No people. Hard to find had to call for directions.

Was all sand and dirt. Granted we’ve had been very dry for weather. The flys were horrible at the three sites we had. People should pick up after their dogs. No employee came around to see if everything was okay. Will not be returning!

The amenities for the RV Park stated there are “Modern Facilities: Our clean, modern restrooms, showers, and laundry facilities guarantee a pleasant and hassle-free experience.” This is not the case, there are no facilities like this available for the RV Park. There is also no volleyball court as stated. There was at one time; however, there is no net. The campfire rings are not cleaned in between campers as ours was filled with charcoal from a grill and a large log partially burnt. My parents’ fire pit had dog poo in it. Not sure if we had to check in any where as it was stated or where to do so, so we didn’t and parked.

No amenities, no one around, no one selling firewood, security light doesn’t work, doggy station has been empty for long time, weeds everywhere, fire pits full, picnic tables rotten and warped! Our big rigs were assigned very small sites NOT big rig friendly! The absolute worst campground i have ever seen!

No amenities at all! No office, never saw anyone doing upkeep! Could only leave phone messages! Weeds everywhere, picnic tables broken! Doggy supplies never replaced! Fire pits full not cleaned in years! No drive through sites! Security light has been out a long time! Should not be rated BEST rv campground! Very disappointing!

There was a small problem when we first arrived as the spot we had reserved was already occupied. Emily quickly gave us another location. We enjoyed our stay but need a public bath/shower house to make this a 5 star campsite.

There is no one onsite to assist you when you arrive or are there. You have to call a number posted on the office door. There are no restroom/shower facilities at this site. No shelter in case of bad weather. Won't be staying or recommending this place again.
