impossible uphill potholed gravel road to "new" upper lots. we are on a sloped sloppily put together graveled slte.. My husband and I are both disabled and both of us have fallen. I guess you get what you pay for. The owner does live on site and is very nice

SHARP right turn into narrow driveway, up a steep hill with no room to turn around, owners do not live on site. Cheap, but not a great option for anything over 25'. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
