The Cranes Mill Park is located in the beautiful Canyon Lake and is a great spot for an authentic outdoor adventure. Campers can look forward to a number of excellent local attractions near the campground, spots frequented by locals and visitors alike. Such sites include: the beautiful Natural Bridge Caverns, the geological wonder of Canyon Lake Gorge and the Guadalupe River State Park which is popular for hiking, biking, fishing, horseback riding, canoeing and river rafting. There's also outdoor adventures like the scenic Overlook Park, Potter's Creek Park, Madrone Trail for hiking and biking, James C Curry Nature Trail and Heritage Museum. And of course, the area around the park is filled with excellent restaurants, wildlife tours and shops. There's some for every type of camper to enjoy.
