The park has come a long way under the new on-site manager since our last stay 2 years ago. It's still a bit rough around the edges but the people are friendly and the park is safe. We like it's central location to the many birding areas. I will stay again.

Really nice people, no problems or issues. Went for walks and bike rides daily. They have social events at the club house. There are outdoor cats, no issues for me.

Enjoyed a nice quiet, friendly park. Gated. Older permanent rigs, not a high-end kind of place but suited our needs nicely. Central location for birding the SW and Rio Grande Valley area.
