Chapa's Ground Campground is located in the Hill Country Natural Area in Bandera and is a great spot for an authentic Texas vacation. Near the campground are a number of unique, local attractions such as the Bandera City Park, Frontier Times Museum and Bandera Natural History Museum. Nature-lovers flock to this area each year to enjoy the Hill Country State Natural Area for scenic viewing, hiking, biking and exploring. Campers can also visit the Dixie Dude and Silver Spur Ranches, as well as horseback riding tours across the area, and wildlife tours. Canoeing and kayaking at nearby rivers is also a common pastime among locals and visitors alike. Urban adventurers can also look forward to excellent, local bars and restaurants, gift stores and shops, country western halls, golf courses and even a shooting range. This is one of the nicest RV Parks I've ever been to. It was only $20 for full hookups. The Wi-Fi was great and all the facilities were well maintained. We came in without a reservation and they were able to accommodate our 42 foot RV. We'll stay here again whenever we're in the area.
