Sites are on Asphalt with grass & Scrubs between sites. You are close to your neighbors but the Scrubs give privacy. Long enough to fit both the rig & truck. Picnic Table. Some sites back up to a lake. There's a greenbelt around the campground that has hiking trails. FHU, 50 amp, cable (local channels). We got our satellite set up. Verizon 4g but only 2 bars due to being in this donut hole near the greenbelt. WiFi for purchase. Speed OK. Playground, laundry, bathroom & a small long dog run. Close to a park & ride to Seattle.
