Nearby Trains all night, no grass for pets use (stickers), loose local dogs had access to area, difficult water connection, no office, on site maintenance guy had no clue about rsvtn. Thought park just recently sold.

The area was not as advertised. We have camped for over thirty years and have never turned around from a place we booked, until now. The lady was nice but the area felt worse than the south side of Chicago. Absolutely no view. Trashy. Run away.

Decent sized sites. My stay was a few weeks and in early stage of development of the park I stayed in. It has potential and Denise is very kind and doing her best to create a pleasant stay. Be aware tho lots of sand burrs. It was tough for my small dogs to walk around and play. They aren't country dogs.
