The Canyon Motel and RV Park is located in the beautiful town of Williams and is a great place for an easy-going adventure through Arizona. Campers can look forward to excellent outdoor attractions like the Cataract and Kaibab Lakes for excellent fishing, boating, swimming, canoeing and kayaking, as well as the popular Bearizona Wildlife Park. Many thrill-seekers head out to the Historic Route 66 Zipline adventure or go hiking at the Great Western Trail and Bill Williams Mountain. For the winter-enthusiasts, the Elk Ridge Ski Area is a great spot for sledding, snowshoeing and skiing, or just laying on top of one of the peaks for some stellar stargazing. Amenities at the park include: pet area, pool access, water, sewerage, WIFI, restrooms, showers, pull thrus, big rig access and 30/50 amp sites. Hope to see you soon!

It is beautiful, but where is the fishing? It seems that people are parked way to close together. I would like to be a little ways apart and by the lake or river with full hook-ups and WiFi (have grandsons). The scenery is breath-taking. The Land is blessed with such beauty.

I mostly agree with Jerry & Kimberly's review. Most of the sites are gravel pads about 12 feet wide that are level. The rest of each site steeply graded. Don’t expect to use lawn chairs unless you get one of the few sites that have more level area. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group

Our Visit - 7/18-7/23/2016 We paid $22.25 per night using our Passport America 50% discount for a limit of 5 nights for a flat back in site on gravel with 50/30 electric, water, sewer, cable and very slow WiFi. This place is so quant and also rents out Railcar and Caboose Suites, as well as RV Sites. They are very accommodating and friendly in the office area, the only issue we had was since we were still on our trek across the desert we tried to get checked into our site around 9am and they were full the night before so asked us to come back around 11am, so we went to town and had breakfast at Jessica’s Family Restaurant. You can check out our separate review of the restaurant. Since it is Monsoon season in this area we had thundering storms coming over the mountains every afternoon which for us was wonderful. These storms do not scare us as much as they do in the east so we looked forward to them. The weather was cool, in the 80’s in the day and 50’s at night…loved it and so happy we were out of the heat.
