Camping World Of Kansas City

Horrific customer service. Sold us a lemon in April. After repeated promises to order replacement parts and fix broken components, they didn't deliver. We missed the ENTIRE summer of camping because of their delays. We finally took it out only to run into major safety issues (that would have been fixed if they actually did what they said they would). Camper is now unusable as it is. Their "warranty" won't cover anything and the team keeps passing the buck. Don't trust them! You'll regret it.

Horrible Experience at the Service Center! They put my inverter/converter in backwards. The on is the off and vice versa. This is causing the RV not to work properly. This was GRAIN VALLEY MO. I took it into the Kansas City KS service center to get it fixed because that was the closest to me. I am being charged 1600.00 for them to tell me that Grain Valley will not cover their work, and I would need to repay Kansas City for them to but the unit in correctly this time. If I do not have them do the work, I only own them 1600.00 for diagnosis fees. This is crazy, DO NOT Go To Camping World. This has been a horrible experience, that I am still in the middle of.

Took our TT in for service (we had not purchased it here), we had missed a couple things on delivery. After hearing horror stories about Camping World and Forest River dragging things out we were shocked. The people were all awesome, service was very prompt, and the work was exceptional!
