We camped at Cage's Bend twice and didn't go back. There was little privacy and just nothing much there to make the drive worth it. For a place to stay for a night or two on the way to somewhere else it's fine. To spend a week or two - no. And like all the COEs if you want a spot on the water, especially for the weekend, you have to make reservations months in advance.
