Nice park. Felt safe and free to walk the dogs around or to the dog park. They provided doggie poop bags by the dog park and people complied. That was a fantastic idea. The only thing I’d have a complaint about was that the doggie park was getting to be overgrown and you had to sometimes hunt for your dog’s poop. We were there about 10 days and grass was long when we arrived. Nice, clean laundry room. Did not use the bath house, but I bet it’s clean. Overall, nice place to stay.

Easy in and easy out. It’s newer so all the mechanical hook ups went smooth. The house keeping could use some work. The rocks need to be raked back onto the camper pads and roads! There are more than a few big ruts on the entry and exits of sites that make walking at night hazardous or even in the daytime. Quite a few of the tree saplings need replacing.

It was great for our 1 night stay. If you are outside one has to deal with the sounds of the highway, but we were inside and it was not a problem. We would recommend that the entrances & especially the exits are wider. Otherwise, it was great.

Great place! Good size gravel sites. Right off the interstate, easy in easy out. They send you a text the morning of your arrival telling you your site# all codes for there facility. It will definitely be my stopping spot when passing through.

I stayed at Cadiz Rv park recently, for several months. The staff was great and willing to help when I was unexpectedly laid off rom work. The shower house was very clean and the grounds were well kept. The campground was quiet as well.

Horrible potholes on entrance road. Wide open. No privacy. Trash container way too far from camp sites. Would not stay here again.

Very quiet campground. Appearance was pleasing. Location we'll suited for LBL activities. Text message received before arrival very detailed and easy to read. Only negative is dumpsters were a bit far to walk to with trash.

I have been here going on 3 years, I am an OTR truck driver and this is my set up for when I get home. I find the park staff to be friendly and helpful, I can contact them and handle all of my issues over the phone. They also keep an eye on my car and camper while I am away. I see them up and down the rows almost daily while I am home. The facilities on site are more than adequate.

Would be a good place to stay for a week or so, but would highly not recommend for long term stays. If it ever rains then the entire camp ground is flooded, and if it’s ever dry the mosquitoes and insects will pack you off. The mowing was sub par and the weed eating was basically unheard of. The last day I was occupying the camper I had not one but both of my drain pipes slashed by the weed eater, (the weeds weren’t even cut right even after all of that.) Then let’s get to the parking situation, some of the lots are very large and spacious for your vehicles to park perfectly fine, but the back lots are horrible and are poured at an angle making the lot unsquare, so if you have more than one vehicle I’d move somewhere else. Cause lord knows they’ll get you for tire marks in the yard. Secondly poor customer service. The hottest days of the summer the power goes out constantly (now granted there were several times it was the electric companies fault) but the last times they went out were due to a faulty main breaker on the camp grounds property. I wasn’t offered another lot until 2 days after the power went out, and I had been blamed for the electrician they called for not fixing the problem the first time he came around. I was also blamed for the outage in the first place. I of course was correct in telling them what the actual problem was and they hadn’t mentioned anything about reimbursement for the $90 of fuel I used powering my camper while the campground tried to sort out the outage at just my lot. I’ve hardly heard of you getting your deposit back, (of course I didn’t.) I understand this place is a business and it’s duty to make money, but good lord I’ve never seen a more money hungry Rv park. I believe the rent was raised either 2 or 3 times since I had actually been staying there. You pay for mail boxes, you pay per tire that’s caught in your yard, you pay for just about anything that can happen.

It was easy to get in and out being right next to the interstate. Was actually quiet and no one bothers you. However, it is camping. NO FIREPIT OR FIRE RING AND NO PICNIC TABLE. The playground was roped off so granddaughter couldn't play. Bathrooms were clean. Didn't do laundry so not sure on that. This is a newer campground, only 3 years old so understand the trees aren't mature yet. But due to they don't seem to fix the playground and no fire ring or picnic tables, we will never go back.

Campground Response

Hi Jennifer! We just wanted to reach out and explain about the playground, we had a bad wind storm a few weeks ago and it blew over our heavy playground set, but we are working on getting it repaired asap. We are a newly opened park and making improvements daily, so we are planning on getting picnic tables and fire pits soon. Thank you for your review!

Stayed long term on row A, for 9 months. The lots are plenty big between the RVs. The kid play ground is very nice. Love the enclosed dog park area. Lots of space to walk the dog around the campground. Two laundry facilities and a bath house that are alway very clean!! Management is great!! They always communicate with tenants and keep us informed when they are info to share. Best price rent in the tri county area. Easy ride to Fort Campbell. Thank you so much for the pleasant stay!!

Wonderful place for both a quick overnight stay or long term living. RV park is well maintained, 24/7 laundry, with clean restrooms and showers. Friendly staff that keep the park guests informed of issues and up coming events. Park is close to the highway for ease for a quick overnight rest stop, but is also close to several stores and not far for those wanting to visit Land Between the Lakes.

The prices are outrageous. They never answer the phone. The power is went out at least twice if not 3 to 4 times in a month it’s over 100Β° my RV got damaged by the property manager or whoever mows the grass. They said that they wasn’t gonna do anything about it overall I mean it’s OK RV park if you don’t care if your stuff gets damaged and run out in the middle of day 2 to 3 times a month

I once was stationed in Clarksville TN home if the 101st. It is now like a third world country , would rather avoid this whole area Cadiz KY included.
