Drug dealers were kicked out. Then new manager who is doing the nasty with a married owner of the park has let the drug dealers back into the park right next to her place which she has a daughter under age there! She got her 700.00 bill fixed for doing the nasty with said owner! Gross!

Beware the manager John. He likes to hit people. Just ask him about the restraining order currently against him.

Any good should be negated by the fact that a known drug dealer is allowed to reside here.

Now a days Cactus Patch has come a very long way, Thanx to the Manager Mark Lauren, the grounds are clean with color being added, the water fall is running and the plants are becoming greener, every day, the trailers some are new ones, the older ones are being remodeled by Mark himself, well done everyone, and thanks to all the tenants who hung in through the bad times So please stop back at our Cactus Patch and enjoy the up and coming park again

This place has fallen apart. It is a roach infested mess the managers are ignorant and unprofessional. Not people friendly at all. What a sleazy dump
