The Burro Creek Recreation Site is located in the cozy town of Kingman, Arizona, within a very scenic Sonoran desert canyon. This peaceful campground is popular among travelers along highway 93, and is especially well-known among nature enthusiasts. With deep blue pools and tree-lined banks, Burro Creek is a gorgeous oasis perfect for water sports like fishing, boating, canoeing and kayaking. Hiking and wildlife viewing is also common at this park. Campers can look forward to the Powerhouse Visitors Center in the downtown area, Mohave Museum of Art and History and the Bonelli House. For the active visitor, there's the Cerbat Cliffs Golf Course, Lewis Kingman Park and the Monolith Garden Trail.
