Bunkhaus rooms are clean and cold! Yes it's an economy hotel room, and the bed could have been a little firmer, but for the price it's a good value if you want clean accommodations with AC. Friendly staff, and good service, responsive communication. Not luxurious but it met our needs

Very helpful with my last minute reservation this last Saturday afternoon. Steph was very quick to help and get me squared away. Easy in/easy out, quiet, enjoyable outing. Thank you and will stay again.

This was my 4th stay at The Bunk Haus RV Park in the last five years. Everything was perfect. I absolutely love working with Mary and Steph in the park office. I finally met Russ the owner. Such a nice man. The grounds are very well maintained and manicured. The location is ideal because it's close to so many fun places to enjoy like Bare Bull BBQ , Granny D's for breakfast, Gruene Hall, New Braunfels, The River Rose Tavern for adult drinks and good food and Wimberly. There is a Dollar General and Brookshire Brothers grocery store next door to the park to stock up on any supplies you may need. I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing stay in Canyon Lake.

๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ HIGHLY RECOMMEND If you want a clean and decent room, this is the place to go - Don't expect anything fancy, okay! My experience here was good, I felt safe and had no troubles at all. There were no loud people & grocery store and restaurants were close by. Would definitely come back ๐Ÿ›Œ๐Ÿ˜Œ

We visited over the weekend and the staff as very nice and helpful. We noticed most of the RVโ€™s in the area we stayed in were permanent residents. Most of the rigs havenโ€™t moved in years so we were concerned about that. Everything was good however till Monday morning when our neighbors in spot 20 were arguing and slamming doors. The lady was furious about something so we hurried to get out of there.

Nice relaxing quiet place to stay, wanted to use the coffee maker but chose not to as there was an old coffee filter in there ( felt a little discusted as I dont know how long its been sitting there), there were ants all over bathroom, and not enough hot water (had to take a shower with ice cold water) good thing there was enough for my daughter to take a quick 5 min shower. Besides these little details like I said is a relaxing quiet place to stay and get away from city life(my favorite part of the trip).

Very good for what we used it for. We were in town for a bass tournament, used the room to only sleep and it was great.

This was the first park Iโ€™ve stayed at since buying a new to me 5th wheel. Even though I had originally planned for 3 weeks, I ended up staying a bit longer. The Bun Haus is a nice mix of long & short term residents. Itโ€™s a small park with cabins & full hookup sites. Staff is very friendly, professional & helpful. Would definitely stay here again when I come back in the area.
