If you are on a Budget this is the place to go, it is around 10 miles to the Orlando Airport and approximately 45 minutes to Disney World. They have over 200 spots from pull thru's to back ins with both 30amp and 50amp and full hook ups, there appear to be tent spots too and they have cabins also. pets allowed, no age limit, the price ranges from $300 to $550 a month Full hook up with basic cable plus electric at the rate of .13 cents. the camp itself does have both older and newer model rv's and there are a few permanent residences on the camp ground the park itself i think is beautiful and has plenty of shady spots ands trees, they have 3 ponds a unheated pool, a restaurant and bar and small gift shop with some food items Not much thou, they do sell beer and soda ($$$$$$) they have a seafood buffet on Fridays for $16.95 that was pretty good and a breakfast buffet on Sundays which i have not gone to yet for $10.00, and Karaoke on Saturday nights along with Bingo. the month is not 30 days from when you get there it is from the 1st to the end of the month so if you come in later in the month they prorate you. it is a big park and can be a bit confusing at first, but the view here is more then worth the stay if you like the wilderness look. the bad side to it is that 1. the pool is unheated 2. the CG roads are TIGHT go slow, it took a bit of maneuvering for us to get our 38ft Motor home with a ten foot trailer thru there and then a little bit more to get it in to the spot we picked 3. NO WIFI except at the office/bar/restaurant 4. THE BATHROOMS ARE DEPLORABLE, rundown some do not work and are closed, maintenance staff says they are under staffed right now so have not been able to go thru and fix them. The Good side 1. when you get here you just go thru the park find the spot you want and then tell the office that is the spot you want if it is not reserved its yours. if the spot is dirty or such then staff will come out and blow off all the leaves and pressure wash the area if YOU think it needs it and they will change out the meter to the amps you want and put a picnic table on your spot if you want no extra charge but you must let them know before you hook up 2. the laundry room is in a central spot and has a lot of machines the wash is $1.75 and drying is $2.00 the town is about a 5 min drive so you can go shopping ( Walmart, family dollar, dollar general, auto store etc etc). The staff is friendly and helpful but they are still training for some them( be patient, friendly and polite and they will take very good care of you)I have seen a lot of past bad reviews of the place but it does seem to have been fixing the bad spots. we stayed here with our 38ft motor home - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
