La Posa Long Term Visitor Area is located in the cozy town of Quartzsite, Arizona and is perfect for a quiet southwestern vacation. Campers can look forward to a beautiful and sprawling desert landscape, breathtaking sunsets and great stargazing. There's also plenty of land for wildlife viewing and hunting, horseback riding, biking, hiking, picnicking and ATV touring. Near the campground, campers can look forward to attractions like Hi Jolly Tomb, Celia's Garden, Grubstake, Gunny's RV Park and Military Museum, Quartzsite Wine Works, Joanne's Gum Gallery and the Quartzsite Museum. There's also the Quartzsite Mineral Club, Tyson Wells and Havasu Lake close to the park. There's plenty to do and see at this park, hope to see you soon!

Amenities at the park include: pit toilets, tent camping, pull thrus, big rig access and walking trails.

We love camping at this site (la Posa south). The staff are friendly and helpful. The only thing is there are naked people running around. Needless to say we were shocked. When we came here no one at the office told us there is an area of clothing optional. So beware when you come here ask about the area or wear blinders.
