Under new management now, so if you see all the old reviews referring to drugs and more, that’s not the case anymore. Very friendly management and the bathrooms were clean.

One star us too much really . Me and Hubby spent two nights in this drug infested place . There is also an on-site hooker that changes wigs and short skirts and boots every two hours . Bathrooms are filthy . Store staff rude and preoccupied smoking weed outside the store . Avoid at all costs . I was told the owner and his wife are not able to speak with upset customers because they’d been arrested on drug charges. This is pathetic !!! Don’t do it .

This park is very rural. Most are permanent residents and not friendly. Our site was large enough to accommodate our motorhome. However, the camper next to us had a very mean dog and she informed us he would bite our granddaughter. Keep in mind she kept the dog on a leash next to our rig door. The facilities are very limited and dirty! The store is extremely small and the marshmallows we purchased were expired. Management not great either! We will pass this place up next time!!

Stayed here about a week . Long enough to realize what was going on here . Sadly the management is selling more than just a spot to park your camper . Had they known my background I doubt they’d have been so open . I realize Colorado has pretty open laws but this place is a hot seat for drug use and sales . It’s a shame that the outside appears to be clean and nice . Sadly , inside is a far different story . We moved on down by the dunes and had a far better experience than we encountered here. I’m sorry but not everyone wants to buy dope over the counter . That’s not why we came to this beautiful place . The showers were full of dirt and hair . When I complained to the managers he turned to his wife and said “geez we charge extra for clean “ . At that point we pulled up stakes and vowed to never return here . Simply the worst or the worst .

Main Street Blanca, CO 81123 Small park with 25 FHU sites - they have started to add more sites to the park now. This park is convenient if you want to visit Fort Garland Museum, Zapata Falls, and Great Sand Dunes National Park. It has mostly pull through sites but also a few back in sites; the sites are gravel and fairly level. Our rig is 38 feet and we had enough length in the site and also plenty of room in our assigned site for both our slides. Our site has a picnic table. Many sites are filled with seasonal residents right now, but there were several sites open for visitors too. The staff was very friendly when we checked in at the convenience store. The park offers discounts for AAA, military, and Good Sam. They allow pets on a leash. There are also some tent sites. It offers free WiFi that worked fairly well for us. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
