Big Bear Campground & RV Park is located in the beautiful town of Palmer, Alaska and is a great spot for a fun and relaxing vacation. Campers can look forward to a number of great attractions just beyond the campground including the Palmer Museum of History & Art, the Colony House Museum, Matanuska Lake Trailhead and Bodenburg Butte for hiking and scenic viewing. There's also the Colony House Museum, Pioneer Falls, Lazy Mountain as well as a ton of opportunities for outdoor fun like sightseeing tours, river rafting and boating, golfing, aerial tours, nature and wildlife expeditions, ATV tours and group fishing, and of course, there's a number of nearby restaurants, breweries and bars to enjoy.
