BEWARE!!! We made these reservations a year in advance. We were so excited. As we travel full time I texted the manager and asked if I could have packages delivered and held for our arrival. He texted me back a thumbs up Emoji. Upon arrival I was told my packages had been sent back to the senders. As this was essential living supplies as well as medications, I was upset. I texted the manager and he responded with 'yeah, that's our policy'. I sent him screenshots of our conversation, at which time my phone rang. The manager Mitchell screamed at me that he's not my mailman. When I responded with 'then you shouldn't have agreed to do it', he became very combative. We were reserved for 2 months, but left after one night. I did not feel safe with someone so unstable managing the park. Turns out that he has a full time job away from the park. Most of the sites appeared to be occupied by long term renters. The sites are tiny and crammed in. No picnic table or room for one. Girl at check in was delightful so I rated accordingly. I have no idea what the nightly rate is. We were paying monthly. We camped at Pinchers RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
