Picked this campground for my parents to stay at because they had stayed 5 or so years ago and loved it. Now my father is disabled and mom is older we thought to give them one good vacation. The campground was 45 min from us so we could check on them. We towed the camper in and set up and were told we could not register the car or us for the week if we were not staying the night. We would have to get day passes every day at 12 a person. All we wanted to do was check in do shopping for them and take them out for activities but was still made to pay to just drive on site to pick up my DISABLED parent. This is camp is not a older adult friendly camp. And outrageous priced for what you get. Will never go again and will never recommend. Staff was rude and unhelpful

Love this place. So easy to keep my 3 year old busy. Dust has never been a problem for us. The road washed out this summer and as soon as it stopped raining they were out fixing it. The bathrooms are spotless the 4 pools and 6 hot tubs are always clean. We will be seasonals one day

We loved the campground and all that it had to offer. We took advantage of the pool, dining and playgrounds for the kids. We especially loved the renting of the golf cart and driving around the sites. Staff was excellent to work with. Folks up there were so friendly. Can’t wait to go back.

Had a wonderful experience at this resort. My kids loved the fishing, golf carts, and playgrounds. We enjoyed it so much we booked for Harvest and Columbus weekend next year!

This park was sold to us by a friend who said it was the best. It was OK but not a #5.Gravel roads, dusty, and the road needed to be graded. We pulled into our site to find that the 50 am power was no working. Both fuses were bad and the power was sending out a wild leg that popped our breaker. they were very good about coming out and making the change.

Place was overall good! Adult pool was heaven! Wifi was just ok, although I get it camping isn't about that but it is nice to watch a movie at night..staff told us it wasn't guaranteed but we should move closer to window. Also had a water issue on first night went to desk and the scheduled a appointment the next day between 11/12 and now one ever showed up even though I was there the whole time. Being a first time camper I troubled shooted it myself and fixed the problem. Overall wasn't a bad place even though it is HUGE! Such a big place made it difficult to go see the band (which was great!) that played cause limited seating so that meant alot of people standing in the road to watch it in traffic. I would go back again...

Our family enjoyed our stay at Bayley's having stayed in the M section. The only negative I found was the showers closest to us had a slope to the tile floor, probably to help direct the drainage, that I feared would make me slip. I am somewhat disabled and look for safety features such as non slip textures and grab bars. I was able to use the showers nearer to the pool which looked like they had been more recently updated with grab bars and a stone tile, flat floor. All in all, getting my disability buggy into different areas was fine. Thank you for all the thoughtfulness your staff puts into this camping experience!

Belle semaine !

We had a great week at Bayley’s! Excellent location very close to beaches. We rode our bikes to the beach and the Eastern Trail very easily with two young kids. The free Trolly service from the campground to and from Pine Point Beach and Old Orchard Beach was great! We were disappointed that many activities cost more money ( mini golf, pedal karts, kayaks, fishing) but enjoyed the live entertainment and several pools. The adult pool complex was a wonderful relaxing place, and we spent a lot of time at the two family pools. Very quiet at night, and safe for bike riding and walking. Quick ride to Kittery, Kennebunkport, Portland, and South Portland. So much to do in the area, making it wonderful place to camp!

Overall great time! It was our first time camping and the resort made it very easy to transition without being overwhelmed. So many great amenities and the store was prepared with everything we didn’t think to bring!

Campground is in great location and has lots of amenities for children. Some amenities could be updated, like the pool and definitely basketball courts. Many sites are shaded. Our particular site had not been cleaned well before our arrival. Lots of cigarettes, bottle caps, and food wrappers about. Also, the fire pit did not have a cooking grill like all the others.

Incredible views. Great amenities. Kids had a blast. Could have stayed for a week or more and been happy without question but we only had 2 days to enjoy. Was initially worried about being so close to the adult pool but everyone was very civil and respectful. We couldn’t have had a better experience. Thanks so much to the staff and management team for making our experience so memorable. After driving from Texas to here it was a huge relief to finally unwind and have such a great time!!!

Very large and well managed park. Many choices of sunny or shaded spots. WE have a 40' with a toad and there were plenty of options for us as well as plenty of spots for smaller footprints. Digital cable with 48 channels. Adult area with it's own pool along with an entertainment area for the young and not so young. We are from Maine and did not know what an asset this place is. Maybe the most impressive RV camping facility in the state.

Our trip to Maine was great because of Bayley’s!! Having an adult only area is a great idea! Multiple pools and hot tubs is also great. Plenty of space for everyone. The grounds keeping is impeccable! Cudos to the entire staff for their excellent work!! We have already recommended this place to our family. We enjoyed it so much that we stayed an extra 2 nights just to relax and enjoy!!

We were very happy to be returning to one of our favorite places after being away for a couple of years but we are glad we did. We stayed during Heroes Weekend honoring Police, Firefighters, and Teachers. We stayed in the North Section of the campground and we paid 65.00 for the entire weekend. This is a very large campground 750+ sites and it is immaculate. Staff is always cleaning, raking, etc. to keep the place clean. The sites were large and angled so we had a view and would not look at the back of our neighbors. I know in the summer this place is very busy and quite expensive @ 75.00+ per night. This campground has a site for everyone. There were many big rigs in the campground (45+ feet). All hook-ups are easy to get to and work great. There are so many amenities at this campground. They have 3 pools (1 of them is adults only), several hot tubs, a large pavilion where they have entertainment in the evenings. They have mini golf, basketball courts, ball fields, and much more. Wifi signal is good throughout. Campground is close to Old Orchard beach, and trolley services are available for free. Campground is close to shopping, stores, only 1/2 hour south of Portland Maine. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
